For this May edition, the chefs at Sushi Confidential present an 8 to 10 course omakase to kaiseki progression showcasing pristine seafood, premium meats, and vibrant late spring produce. This is not just raw fish. Expect a dynamic flow of delicate sashimi, composed seasonal plates, warm preparations, and signature creations that blend Japanese technique with California creativity.
Each course will be paired with exceptional California wines from
P & V Winery. As always, every pairing is selected to complement the flavors of the season and elevate the full sensory experience.
