Lucas and Arthur Jussen are among the leading piano duos performing today, appearing with orchestras including the Berlin Philharmonic and Boston Symphony and recording exclusively for Deutsche Grammophon. This concert includes two-piano and four-hand rarities by Mendelssohn, Schubert, and Milhaud, as well as adaptations of colossal 20th-century orchestral touchstones: Ravel’s La valse and Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring.
