Moffett Field Historical Museum

Located in the West side of historic “Hangar One”, which was built in 1933 to house Navy dirigibles, the structure alone is awe inspiring. This historical museum in Mountain View contains historical artifacts from the Navy, Army and NASA at Moffett Field. Exhibits feature many artifacts from lighter-than-air aviation and model aircraft, along with uniforms, electronic equipment and photographs from the World War II era.
